In line with government guidance, due to the current lockdown, we have temporarily closed our showrooms. However, our free home visit and installation services are allowed to continue and as everyone’s safety is our primary concern, we will continue our services in a way that keeps you and your home safe from Coronavirus, with social distancing and appropriate PPE in place.
Therefore, if you have a home visit booked with us, this can still go ahead, as long as the guidance is adhered to. We can also make new appointments for home visits.
If you, or anyone in your household is self-isolating, has tested positive or are experiencing symptoms of Coronavirus, please let us know so that we can reschedule your appointment. We cannot visit your home if you are self-isolating, in quarantine or shielding.
Otherwise, our team of experts are still permitted to help you with measurements and design and planning ideas for your space.
Your home visit
Prior to the appointment, we respectfully ask that you sanitise any surfaces that our team may touch, and open windows where possible. However, we will bring sanitising equipment with us also.
We will only have the required number of team members enter your home. This is usually for two visits. An advisor will come to measure your space for a quotation, and then there will be a second follow up visit.
Every member of our team will wear a new face mask and will sanitise prior, during and after your appointment.
To keep everybody safe, we respectfully ask that customers wear face coverings during visits, especially at the door and when speaking to our team.
When you cannot leave our team alone in the room, please keep at least two metres distance at all times and wear a face covering.
If you would prefer to reschedule your home visit for any another reason, we are happy to do so. Please call us to discuss another date that you feel comfortable with.
If you have any questions at all, please telephone us and we will be happy to help.
Many thanks for your patience and co-operation during these challenging times.
This guide will be updated as and when new guidance is released.
